Michelle Robertson BSN,RN,LNC-ACSp Is a seasoned registered nurse with over 36 years of experience and is proud to be a Co-Founder of Riptide Legal Nurse Consultants. A graduate of York College of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Michelle has built an extensive career that spans a variety of nursing specialties, including burn care, medical/surgical, ventilator-dependent patients, and intensive care. Her time in the Cardiac ICU has been especially influential, shaping her into the dedicated, compassionate nurse she is today.

Michelle’s current role as a member of a specialized Rapid Response Team allows her to bring her ICU and Emergency Department expertise to the forefront. Working alongside a team of certified nurses, she responds to deteriorating patients, medical emergencies, cardiac events, and more, ensuring patients receive the critical care they need. Her passion for advocating for the ill and supporting both patients and their families is at the core of her nursing philosophy.

Outside of her work, Michelle enjoys an active lifestyle, swimming, teaching cycling, and taking kickboxing classes. She loves spending time with her husband of 34 years and her dear family, including her four adult children and four grandchildren. Whether visiting her grandsons in Maine for soccer and lacrosse games or spending time with her children in York and Florida, family is a central part of her life. Michelle also enjoys scrapbooking, puzzles, and movies, and is always ready for her next adventure.

    2010 - 2022  Oversaw a 10-bed unit, planned staffing, supported staff education, and ensured high-quality patient care.
    Completed BLS and ACLS courses, achieved CCRN certification, and led various committees.

    Documented cardiac arrests, attended stroke calls, and assisted staff with complex procedures.
